This is possible thru a concept know as ATM skimming.

ATM Skimming is a method use by criminal by placing additional tools in front of card door of an ATM. This tool has function to record magnetic information of inserted card, which then can be used to create a copy of our ATM card.

Normally, a camera or other monitoring device should be installed nearby because even though ATM card could be copied but not the PIN. That’s why a camera will ease criminal to have information of their newly copied ATM card.

Below are some tip on how to save our ATM from skimming

  • Use same ATM machine often, so we will be able to recognize for any changes that may happen on this ATM
  • Carefully check for scratch or any alien thing especially in front of ATM Card Door
  • To reduce possibility of skimming, use ATM on crowded area, because normally skimmer would place their skim tool when there would be no one nearby ATM

The same thing when we need to export some data into Excel or PDF, my team normally would setup a report base on  specific query and deploy it into a SQL Reporting Service Report, publish this report to user and so on. Problem is, for some reason, our user want the output directly goes to MS Excel, because they loveeeee soooo much with this spreadsheet.  So, it is my team task to generate report and instead make this show on report viewer it should goes directly to MS Excel.

After some page of SQL Server Manual, I finally found that there is a simple query string parm that we could pass into SQL Server Reporting Service URI and it will define how report would be produce. The query string parm is rs:format=Excel|PDF|HTML

So if we want to generate a report, and normally we will assign user to this kind of URI http://servername/reportserver?reportname&rs:Command=Render, we just need to add magical rs:Format parameter to that URI so it should looks like http://servername/reportserver?reportname&rs:Command=Render&rs:Format=Excel, and all are set to have a report launch directly to MS Excel.

Is not that difficult isn’t ?

image It’s very easy, just download this TeamViewer file from its website both on our workstation and on other terminal workstation that we would like to remote. We can have option either to install it or directly run the program without installation. TeamViewer then will provide us with number and password, enter number of workstation we would like to remote, choose type of remote session and click on “connect to partner”, TeamViewer will ask for password, enter the password correctly and we are free to go.

Since he is a marketing dude with lack of computer technical literacy so in the name of friendship I offered him to install XP on that Netbook. Unfortunately, I never bought a netbook before and never follow current hardware update so I didn’t know if this netbook would come without CD/DVD-Rom which was make it impossible to install Windows XP using CD on it. So, I tried to use another alternative, installing Windows XP using USB.

Prepare Windows XP Source
First thing we should do for this installation is preparing our Windows XP Source, we already have it on CD, but we would like to transfer it to USB and make the USB bootable as well, for this we need to copy XP source to our local hard drive (other hard drive on other PC/Laptop than Netbook’ HD I mean .. LOL)

Download and install USB_MultiBoot
USB_MultiBoot is a small tool that we can use to make a USB become bootable and can be used to install operating system from it. We can obtain this Multiboot batch from this location

Format USB
Run Multiboot batch and select format menu from main screen, we have option to format it using FAT, FAT32 or NTFS. I recommend you to format USB using NTFS format to gain better performance on XP installation

Make USB bootable
Next step are to make USB bootable and load necessary Windows XP Installation into USB stick. For this, use following sequence from Multiboot main menu:

1. Give XP Setup Source Folder and give UserData for XP Setup, to select location of XP Installation source we have copied in our local hard drive

2. Give USB-Driver target, to select which USB we will use as bootable USB

3. Make bootable USB-Drive with XP Setup Folder, to start make bootable USB process

Change BIOS setting
Next thing to do is to change BIOS setup, because we will use USB as bootable then we need to change order booting sequence by placing USB on higher lever. Normally it should be under “Boot” section.

Start installation
OK we done with all perquisites, plug our USB stick and re-boot our netbook,  system then should ask for alternative boot option, select first option, 1. Begin TXT Mode Setup Windows XP and system will start for Windows XP Installation, other steps then will be same as if we installing XP from CD/DVD.

Weaning is a transition process for a baby who has been breast milking by their mother to not having breast milking. Weaning is recommended on when baby’s age is between 1 year or 2 year, because at that age, nutrition on mom’s breast milk is reduced so baby just get the joy of sucking their mom nipple while they still need other nutrition from other source which normally would be rejected by the baby because the expect to have breast milk. This is why weaning is important.

It took about 3 days for actual weaning process, and I will tell you, it was hard enough for both me and my wife. However, some people on the neighborhood said my baby weaning process was easier than most of weaning process they ever had. Some of sharing from me that hopefully could be useful for  other who want to wean their baby are as follow:

Be actively communicate with baby prior actual weaning process
A sudden cut off on baby breast milking would be hard, as baby already enjoy their breast milking process. It not just how to they would eat/drink but also a process where they get in touch with their mother and felt warm because of it. That is why, prior to wean the baby, be actively communicate with baby to find alternative nutrition source like drink milk from the glass, eat fruit or other foods. Trick them on how to do so, make them comfortable and enjoying new process of getting foods.

Be discipline
Mother and baby who having breast milking process normally will have strong emotion connection. During weaning process, baby normally will always find for their mother nipples and when they couldn’t find it, they will cry loudly and at this time, mother should be discipline to be no mercy for the baby, having it none at all or forever baby won’t forget their breast milking process. It is for baby’s own good anyway

Father role
Role of father is also important to support his wife and baby’s weaning process, When baby is asking for breast milking, and mom couldn’t strong enough to become discipline to avoid their baby. Father should take a role, take the baby, joy them with any way, sing a lullaby, play with them, watch baby’s movie on DVD or other that can make baby enjoy and forget that they have breast milking process.
