SEO, SEO, SEO its always nice topic to be discussed among webmasters, and trade link is one task we could do to improve our SEO rating. Have you ever tried to exchange links, swap links, or trade links? Was it hard? If your answer is yes, you really need to read this post then.

Back link is one of most crucial gauge for our web rating on many ranking provider (google, alexa, yahoo, etc). I have a painful time to increase my back link for last 1 month and struggling to show my web to be appear on Alexa. After doing some learning process, below things I have did and luckily it improve my rating, well still far from my expectation actually, but I just did it for couple days and for sure everything always need some time to be improved isn’t?

1. Don’t be shy to ask
First point we really need to understand and most important is we have to ask someone to put our link or their website, our effort to do this coould be vary, but sometime we would be shy for asking this. Here my advise D.O.N.T, so start sending email to ask for trade link, have a chat with other web master for the same, and if necessary request it on your social media status like Facebook or Twitter, oh yeah this one really work if you seriously asking for it

2. Put link about our web on our email
An advantage of having note on our email footer, when we send it to mailing list and it get archived on web, it means our email will be indexed and automatically new back link will be appear on internet. So start put our web link on our email and start to active on mailing list especially favorite one

3. Blog walking and make a comment
Do more explore on other person/company blog or website and when you have chance to place a comment, do it and don’t forget to specify your web link. Some blog will ask for OpenID so it would be nice when we already prepare our OpenID that already redirect to our web link, read more about this here

4. Socialize through socal media
Nowadays, who don’t know about Facebook or Twitter, they were ranked as top 10 site on many search engine and are indexed often due to their rapid update. So start make an account on them and start to write about your web there

5. Join with other link trader
There always other persons who demanding the same with our, and internet may gather us together, that what I like from Internet. Link trader website is one of facility we can found on Internet for this matter. There are many website providing list of people who want to trade their link, some are free some are paid. Start join with this kind of service, and regularly check your inbox to check if new link trade request available. If you have some free money, you may join paid/exclusive member of this service and get your link trade automatically updated
