avocado-bsp When we talk about avocado, most people will tell us that this delicious fruit is laden with fat, therefore, consume avocado within our diet program will cast spell on our failure to loose our weight. If you still believe on such thing, then you really should need to read this.

Avocado is a laden of fat ? yes, that’s true, but … fat that avocado has, mostly is good fat known as monounsaturated (based on research by Potchefstroom Institute of Nutrition). Avocado has full of monounsaturated fat, despite it other useful nutrition like Vitamin E which is good for our skincare and high antioxidant level for prevent free radical, and beta-sitosterol and phytosterol which has function as anti-bad-cholesterol. Monounsaturated itself is believed by medical professional as friendly fat because it will reduce level of our LDL (bad cholesterol) and increase our HDL (good cholesterol) level in our metabolism.

Therefore, for us who currently having diet program, do not worry on consuming avocado, not just because it safe, but also it has lot of useful nutrition, those eventually may help us to loose our weight, especially when you consume avocado with plain, without any additional of milk or syrup so it won’t add more sugar level on our blood :)

Avocados are a commercially valuable crop whose trees and fruit are cultivated in tropical climates throughout the world (and some temperate ones, such as California), producing a green-skinned, pear-shaped fruit that ripens after harvesting. Trees are partially self-pollinating and often are propagated through grafting to maintain a predictable quality and quantity of the fruit.

It depends on how much avocados u take for a day.
