I have been use Windows Live Writer for almost 2 years to update my blogs (livespace, wordpress and blogspot), and never get any problem so far, unil last night when I upgrade it to latest version released by Microsoft. Somehow,  LiveWriter accessing XmlRpc file of all of my wordpress blog as secure, so instead of accessing via http://www.domain.com/wp/xmlrpc.php it read from https://www.domain.com/wp/xmlrpc.php

Finally found the problem :) On new version of Windows Live Writer there are some types for Wordpress alike blog, they are:

WordPress.Com, all blog that use service from www.wordpress.com

WordPress, all hosted blog using WordPress platform prior to version 2.2

WordPress 2.2+, all hosted blog using WordPress platform start from version 2.2 or newer

Mine should be WordPress 2.2+, but since I’m not aware on this matter, when LiveWriter prompt me for type of blog I select WordPress instead of WordPress 2.2+ :( stupid me
